"Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. Upon arrival, the walkway to the apartment was dirty, and there was a dead bird near the front door, which created a very unpleasant first impression. There was also a strong odor on the main level throughout our stay. The apartment itself could use some maintenance. "Very disappointed that the restaurant was closed at 8pm because of a wedding we had booked weeks previously and was not made aware it would be closing early no was the staff at reception we stay with ye yearly and would have taught our business was equally as important as the wedding we had to leave ur hotel to eat elsewhere so disappointed after traveling a long journey from cavan respectfully yours rose lynch ."

"Clean comfortable room. The lighting was tricky(I’m not familiar with inserting your key card into a slot in order to activate electricity). An explanation would have been helpful. The front desk staff was not particularly helpful with transportation issues. In addition staff throughout the hotel - front desk, restaurant, bar - were very superior in attitude, appeared bothered by questions, not particularly friendly. Breakfast, restaurant food and service, housekeeping, room conditions were all excellent. Other staff were not friendly or interested. Not the typical Irish welcoming that you expect in Ireland."
