"Lovely hotel about a 15/20 minutes walk from the town. Sitting on Clew Bay, there are a few bars with restaurants in the area and a lovely restaurant on the 4th floor of the hotel. A taxi into town was about €10 euro if you don't fancy the walk.
Staff were excellent and very friendly, I paid extra for the balcony, definitely worth it.
There is a small pool, steam room and sauna if you fancy relaxing 🤗"
"Beautiful house with gorgeous views from every room, very spacious and clean, with everything we needed and more !Lovely bottle of wine left for us..... a lovely gesture and much appreciated, All this was enhanced by the brilliant weather. Lots of books and games available if weather was unfavourable, plenty to keep a 4yr old occupied, but wasn't needed !! A walkers and swimmers paradise. Would thoroughly recommend this property and surrounding area, we'll be back in lovely Aughleam"

"Host's mail ID and phone number provided on the booking page were invalid and we couldn't contact the host beforehand reaching the property. No details about check-in were shared and we ended up waiting outside the property until a caretaker showed up with the keys to the property.
House was in decent condition. Faced few issues like the tumble dryer not working, broken bed frames etc. Shower tap got stuck few times but worked ok. House have a decent enough parking space with a good location to major attractions."

"The house is well appointed and the pictures of the view/ house/living spaces were true to life! Kitchen & dining area were spacious & comfortable. The upstairs living room provide comfort and a pan-o-rama of ocean views. It is a bit isolated at nearly the end of a single track road, but worth the drive. If you are not from Ireland, pay attention to to the house instruction book especially for hot water!"

Stunning views from the lounge where we saw dolphins on our last evening. Weather was kind enough to use the sun loungers and use the patio set.
