"Check in was quick and easy. Room provided was 10 feet from main lobby and we had 4am wake up both nights due to noise from staff prepping for 5am breakfast. We had disturbed sleep on both of our nights. Concerns have been raised to mgmt and to 3rd party provider. We await feedback. Respectfully, Jack and Emily"

"The room was spotless, bed & pillows were comfortable. We arrived at night and were surprised at that great view in the morning! My teenagers appreciated the list of channels and the good wi-fi connection. We all recommend ++ "

"Extremely clean. Updated bathroom. Many charging outlets. We had kitchen area with sink which was handy. Safe was in closet to lock valuables. Staff went over and above to meet our requests as we were celebrating our 27th anniversary. Left us a card and bakery plate upon arrival. Balcony overlooked beautiful mountains. Bed was comfortable with white linens. Parking was easy on site! The only frustrating thing during our stay was extremely low shower pressure. Will be back soon:) "

"The stay was good overall. Nice and relaxing place to stay with family especially small children. Staff was cordial and helpful at check-inand during stay. Amenities (fridge, micro, soaps, towels and etc) was good and readily available. Breakfast options were great and enough for all who stay. No overcrowding or pushing. Place was clean as you walk in and rooms were good too. The view in lobby towards lake is very nice. Location was great as everything is really in walking distances so you don't have to worry about parking in town. Just leave vehicle at hotel and go out and explore around. There’s even a beach across the street and tennis courts. We really like how kid friendly stay was too. In the lobby you can enjoy view in the evening and they have assorted games available for the kids and their is small bar so all can stay together and spend time which is nice. Only small draw back for some maybe is they do make a point to highlight elites status all around property so you kind of feel a little out of place but if that doesn't bother you, overall stay was great and worth it. "
