Place was ok to stay convenient location

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! The check in process was super easy, and the staff were very nice. As we were walking to the room we started to have some concerns. Hallways were very dirty, and clearly haven’t been cleaned or maintained in a while. The room itself was filthy, the bed had black hairs all over the duvet cover, possibly dog hair or some mans back hair. The head board had some questionable stains, and there was a thin layer of dust covering all the surfaces. There were stains all over the carpet and sofa chair and splatters on the mirrors. The room looks run down, and didn’t smell fresh. We stayed for about 20 mins and realized we couldn’t stay there. We went down to the front desk and explained we didn’t feel comfortable staying the night due to the issues mentioned above. They were kind and gave us a feel refund without any issues (as they probably know their hotel is filthy). Expedia gave us a full refund and we were able to book another hotel in the area for the night. Hotel was rated a 7.2 but definitely is not! More like a 1/10 at best. Don’t trust the ratings from here, do your own research!
