"Everything was pretty good for the most part. The staff are super nice. Only complaints I have are with the elevator, the shaking and the ceiling moving around while being in there was the best😅 the room was good, until I got into the bathroom and went to take a shower😭 it was not the cleanest. But overall not a bad stay"

"The room was very clean and larger than I thought. The view of the lake and mountains was superb! Great balcony to sit and relax take in view. I have to say the staff was so friendly and considerate. We had breakfast it was excellent. Our waitress was a charming a lovely person. Would definitely go back."
