Smoky gambling floor

The place and amenities were really nice. The only bad thing was the bathroom got nasty really quick so for me the shared bathrooms won’t work. But they do have private bathroom rooms. Other than the dirty bathrooms not getting cleaned enough everything was great, location and space.

Incredible off the strip resort for a non gambling based trip. (We were there for youth sports). It may be a bit far from downtown but it almost feels like a normal town in the neighborhood you’re in. The only massive drawback is the lack of housekeeping. They claim to do it every other day, yet, we had a 3 night stay and our beds never got made and yes, they took out trash and brought new towels daily, but there’s something that doesn’t sit right when you’re paying over $40 in resort fees and they can’t make your bed daily.

I liked the hotel provided me $15 food voucher during my stay. Hotel staff was very nice to provide additional shampoo/conditioner etc. Also my room safe lock had issue and it was resolved in a timely manner. I don't like my hotel room doesn't have coffee maker, I couldn't make coffee or hot tea in my room. All the other hotels I stay in the past no matter in which city, coffee maker was always provided in the room, some provided mini fridge too. It was surprise to me there was no coffee maker. Also, the location is not on the strip I guess there is nothing we can do about this. I stayed in Orleans for 6 nights due to the WTT US Smash was held in Orleans Arena. I wish I could stroll on strip at night by walking out of hotel.

Gorgeous, many stores and restaurants. Staff was very friendly.
