"Room was clean when we arrived. Beddings we’re good and bed is comfortable. We liked the amenities provided like facial wash/lotion…. We stayed for 3 days and did not request the room to be cleaned. On the 2nd day, the bathroom smells bad already; we did not bother asking as have 1 day to go. I would suggest travellers to have the room cleaned everyday if they wish to stay longer. "

"Check-in and check-out was very easy using the machines and staff were on hand to help. The room was typically small for Tokyo although the configuration could have been better. Areas of improvement could be: better tea/coffee making facilities (just mugs, no glasses), better fridge (not cold at all), and just small things like providing a receptacle (even plastic cups would do) to take ice from downstairs to the room. Breakfast was good and worth the price. "
