Zacharia in the Concierge Service was amazing and arranged so much for us including a very long transfer to the hotel with sightseeing enroute. Sheryl, Customer relations Manager was also a delight. Overall, wonderful place to stay.

Very friendly staff and location for chilling by the beach and pool. If you are into acrivities then diving a must at the Daymanyit Islands. Food I would say it’s lowest point although ok, lacked variety.

Awful hotel both in design and operation. Bedsheets stained and dirty. No space or facilites for hanging out outside room (recognising you are literally in the middle of nowhere).
