Can Lluc, holiday country house in Alaró, Mallorca

Can Lluc, Country House between Santa María and Alaro in a rural and quiet environment.:
Holiday country house with pool and lawned gardens located in a rural environment between Santa Maria and Alaró villages.

The whole house is on the same floor, with a very nice front porch plus a separate annex which is a 'winter sunny lounge' beside of the main house and poolside.

On the ground floor of the house has a separate living room with fireplace and next to the equipped kitchen.

The four bedrooms are equipped one of them with double bed 190 x 150cm. and the other three bedrooms all with separate 90 x 190cm beds.The four bedrooms share two bathrooms with bath.

Outside the house have a nice and comfortable porch on the front of the house and behind it is the pool area surrounded by lawn and next to the barbecue. It has ample lawn area for playing.

It also has table tennis, table football and garden toys for the little children.

The house has fibre optic internet and free WiFi.

In the area you can visit the many wineries, as it is a wine region par excellence in Majorca, without forgetting the many routes for Hikers, road Cyclists or mountain Biking...Golf players have the nearest course Golf Son Termes and in the opposite direction Golf Park Puntiró .

On the motorway towards Palma about 10-15 minutes are the beaches of the Bay of Palma or opposite way only need about 30 minutes by car to discover the north coast is the Bay of Alcudia and Bay of Pollensa there we will find about 30 kilometers from Costa overwhelmingly beautiful beaches of white sand and shallow water.

Lovely family property. Lots of outside tables and chairs to sit in the sun or the shade. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus an extra toilet and shower in the outside pool house so ample options. Big orchard on the land with fruit trees. Pool table and table tennis table were great value. Location in the countryside is only 15 mins to a big Aldi supermarket and closer for local supermarkets. And only 25 mins from Palma airport. Highly recommended.

ein Haus für den Sommer mit wunderschönem Garten in ländlicher Umgebung
Wir waren die ersten Mieter des Jahres und von Ende März bis Mitte Mai im Haus und wurden von der Verwaltung und kurz drauf von den sehr netten Eigentümern begrüßt mit einer Flasche Wein, Wasser und einer großen Tüte frischen Orangen aus dem Garten. Bei unserer Ankunft waren es 12 Grad und Regen. Das Haus war auf eine Ferienvermietung schlecht vorbereitet. Wolldecken gab es erst auf Nachfrage. Das Haus war extrem kalt und div. Elektrogeräte wie Kaffee-, Espressomaschine, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine funktionierten nicht. Der Eigentümer war sehr engagiert und hat sich nach Auftreten der Probleme sofort darum gekümmert. Allerdings gab es Verständigungsprobleme, da der Eigentümer nur wenig englisch und kein deutsch sprach. Es ist ein typisch mallorquinisches Haus ohne Heizung. Wohn- und die Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage, die auch als Heizung genutzt wird. Die Wärme hält nach Abschalten der Klimaanlage nicht lange vor und ist nicht angenehm. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es zusätzlich einen offenen Kamin. Wohnzimmer und Küche sind sehr dunkel (Die vorhandenen Fotos sind sehr stark geschönt). Auch wenn es draußen warm ist, ist es im Haus sehr kalt. Zusätzlich gibt es ein Wohn- Esszimmer in einem separaten Gebäude, das durch die Sonneneinstrahlung deutlich wärmer und gemütlicher ist. Als Heizquelle wurde eine transportable Gasheizung zur Verfügung gestellt. WLAN gibt es im Haus und auf der überdachten Terrasse. Große Tische für 8 Personen sind unter der überdachten Terrasse, auf der Hoffläche (vor dem sep. Wohnzimmer) und im sep. Wohnzimmer. Wir waren 2 Wochen zu zweit, dann rd. 3 Wochen mit 8 Personen und die restliche Zeit mit 3 Personen dort. Die Kurtaxe wurde direkt bei Buchung der Finca für durchgängig 8 Personen berechnet und erst auf Nachfrage auf die tatsächliche Personenzahl korrigiert. Das Haus verbraucht enorm viel Strom, der separat mit je KW (Stromzähler) abgerechnet wird: in 8 Wochen über 1500 KW. Es gibt einen großen Pool und einen wunderschönen Garten, der 1-2mal wöchentlich von den Gärtnern gepflegt wird. Im Sommer oder zu Zeiten, in denen man das Außengelände mit der großen Wiese nutzen kann, ist es dort wunderbar, ländlich mit Hühnern, Hunden und Katzen. Fahrräder kann man in der Umgebung nicht mieten. Die nächsten Orte Alaró, Santa Maria del Cami, Consell sind zu Fuß rd. 1 Stunde entfernt. Der Markt in Santa Maria ist empfehlenswert mit den den landwirtschaftlichen Produkten und dem Biomarkt. Haus wird auch als C´an LLuc angeboten
