Villa Bantayan is a superb villa, located in a tranquil area of Albufeira, a short distance from all amenities and just a few minutes' drive from the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve.

With capacity for 8 + 4 people, the villa has 4 bedrooms, all with twin beds that can be converted into double beds. The property also offers 4 bathrooms (3 of them en-suite). A spacious and comfortable living/dining room with rustic touches invites you to relax and unwind, and a fully equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary needs.

The property benefits from air conditioning, free wi-fi and international satellite channels. Outdoors, the private pool with a fountain invites refreshing swims and sunbathing, or you can choose to relax in the patio under the shade of bougainvilleas and enjoy a drink while appreciating the garden view. An outdoor dining and barbecue area offers the perfect setting for meals with family and friends on long summer days.

Albufeira centre is about 15 minutes' walk away, where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and banks. Other points of interest are Albufeira's Oura Street with the city's best bars and nightlife and Albufeira's historic centre.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). 

Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.

This is a beautiful villa and the perfect location to meet with family to reconnect

We were two families staying here and there was plenty of room for everyone!! The villa was spotless and the outside grounds are very well kept. The flowers are gorgeous and the pool was very comfortable for lots of swimming. The closest beach is approx 1km from the villa and there are about 8 others all within 5km. There is a large super market about 1km away as well that was very convenient. The property managers were all amazing, especially Sandra who took very good care of us. She had many recommendations for us and arranged some tours and transfers on our behalf. She met us on our first day to ensure we had all the information we needed and that was a really nice touch. We would recommend this villa to anybody and would return any day.

Our holiday in Albufeira surpassed all expectations, thanks to the exceptional service provided by this villa company. From the moment we landed, everything was seamlessly organized, starting with the airport transfers directly to our villa. The villa itself was a gem, offering a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere that instantly felt like home. With its well-equipped kitchen, inviting pool, and reliable internet, every aspect of our stay was thoughtfully catered for. The local representative organized unforgettable boat tours, allowing us to explore the stunning coastline and hidden coves of the Algarve. These excursions added an extra layer of excitement to our holiday and provided memories that will last a lifetime. Overall, our holiday experience with this villa and company was exceptional. Their impeccable service, and dedication made our time in Albufeira fantastic. We can't wait to return!
