"This hotel had the best service I have ever experienced! The clerks would recognize us and ask how we were enjoying our stay. They even remembered specific things about us to personalize our visit. It is an old monastery so you were staying in history. Would highly recommend this place!!"

"The gym was fantastic and professional. Very high end machinery. The breakfast was outstanding - a large variety, and it ran until 10am unlike at other places. Everyone was very kind and knowledgable."

Room was very basic for such a lovely place...felt more Ibis than country house hotel - which was a bit disappointing. No tea / coffee in the room which was a surprise given the cost.
