"Loved the laid back and down-to-Earth feel of the Beachview Inn. Exactly what we were looking for. Sandwiched in between mega hotels with no personality (other than an elitist vibe), the Beachview Inn was welcoming, had better beach views, beach access, and relaxing energy than the mega hotels. The staff were kind and friendly. The room itself was very clean and large especially considering the price point for the area! The hotel is older and shows its age, but I liked that aspect. The only negative is that it is surrounded by local open-air restaurants with bars that stay open late. Although great for access to food (Frenchy's is fantastic!), it was not so great on Saturday night with the noise level from people partying into the late night/early morning. Had I known, I would have brought a pair of ear plugs. The mattresses were also on the firm side. I would definitely stay there again! (and bring ear plugs to block out the local noise). If you are into designer labels, bragging to others, and "putting on airs" - this hotel is probably NOT going to make you happy. Of course, if you are that type of person, you probably are not even looking at this hotel to begin with! If you are like me and enjoy friendly people, good food, beautiful views, and cleanliness - this is the place! "

"Second time staying here, and I love it! "

"The fridge in our room every few hours has a very high pitched noice. The sauna was never available due to location that also serves private events. For a hotel that says there an resort we did not find any amenities that were included in our very expensive stay. Everything had a fee from parking, $100 breakfest (least you could do is offer free breakfast) and chairs on beach. We have stayed at other resorts that were not all-inclusive and we did not pay for any item I noted above. Otherwise, overall the stay was nice."

"Nice room, loved the live music every day and night, super friendly staff! Pool was very clean and location was fantastic. They even hooked us up with a box fan for our room!! (We’re those people that can’t sleep without a fan!) Free Trolley pass was perfect!"
