"I enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. It’s close proximity to the theme parks and the shuttles help. The only con is that you can hear persons footsteps (running, jumping, playing) through the walls. It interrupts sleep if you’re a light sleeper."

"The room was clean. The AC worked well. However, the shower had little to no water pressure. The water did not get warm or hot. They could use a second elevator."

"Our family absolutely loved our stay, especially our 6 year old! He loved everything there was to do between the pools, arcade, bowling, campfires, and poolside games, I probably could have saved on park tickets and just hung out at the resort all week, he had so much fun! Early entry to Epic Universe was a game-changer as well!"
