"In poor state. Dirty toilet with skid marks and one towel used when we first arrived. Tiny double bed with only one duvet and one sheet, which they had arranged horizontally as it was for two people. Did not work in practice, especially since it was no heat and therefore very cold at night. The radiator did not work and could not be adjusted. Also, the shower had low pressure and there were no fridge. Only good thing is location if you are going to Old Trafford and MAN airport. "

"A fantastic option at Manchester Airport. A short walk from the terminal.. I arrived quite late (around 9.30pm) and reception staff were really friendly, helpful and speedy -exactly what I needed after a flight.
The room was really spacious and clean and very quiet. Bed was huge and super comfortable. The bathroom was extremely clean and the shower was amazing!"
"Digital check-in failed to work but staff on desk friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Bathroom needs a make-over. Sink and bath both chipped in several places.
Breakfast had good selection and value for money."
"Very clean hotel, breakfast was very good. It was a very busy service, so the hot food was always fresh, the staff were friendly, cheerful and efficient, despite being clearly very busy. We checked in late at night and the woman on the desk was very cheerful and helpful. Another member of staff helped me to book a taxi back to the airport train station. The only thing about this hotel, is that it is not the Holiday Inn at the airport - it is a taxi ride away or a half hour walk, if you can cope for that far with kids and luggage. We took a taxi from the other Holiday Inn to this one. That was also cheaper, as there is a surcharge for getting a taxi pick up at the airport - so walk somewhere else to get the taxi and book it yourself!"
