"This is a seriously big hotel, which is not quite that visible from the pictures. This means there is a lot of walking from lift to room/ lift to exit etc involved, which was not great for my 80 year old Mum. Also, there is no designated drop off area. So if you arrive by car, you need to either park illegally or walk a long way to the hotel, and only once you are checked in will they make parking available to you, and that is a couple of minutes away.
