"For two days nobody came to clean our room. I had to tell the front desk twice. Then I got locked in my room I had security come and get me out. The front desk staff were not so friendly and I felt as if I was the problem when in fact they did not have good customer service. The pool staff and the breakfast staff were great. "

"It’s a nice four star hotel. Rooms are very spacious. We had a sweet everything was clean. Stuff it’s very nice. The only thing that is hotel located not right on the beach. You have to go through tunnel. There is a road with cars that you have to close to get to the beach. We did not expect that otherwise overall stay was pleasant. The beach is very small though this property."

"The Riu Antillas was absolutely amazing. The scenery and location was perfect. The service was great. I got the Jr. Sunset Suite that had a beautiful view of the ocean and we saw a few Aruba sunsets. Overall the experience was fantastic and can't wait to go back!"

The dishes are flavorful and well-prepared. While the service could be improved slightly, it does not take away from the overall positive experience. The rooms are spacious, modern, and recently renovated, giving a fresh and comfortable feel throughout the stay.
