"The resort was great! It was fabulous that we were able to go to both resorts! The restaurants were great, e-bikes we loved, the bike and snorkel tour the hotel provides with Zef, Donny and Lisa was the best tour we had while in Aruba, and it was free! "Room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Booked through Expedia and hotel charged $200 at check-in, still waiting for it to be credited back. Location by Eagle Beach and La Cabana restaurants make it a great choice."

"loved the fact that they offer rental vehicles onsite. there is like a $500 deposit and 50.00 for room. but it def beats uber or bus for the convenience. we are like 15-20 min from eagle beach, palm beach is like 5 min or so further, its actually the same coastline, different sections. there is jetskiing avail at eagle beach beach chairs for 10.00 ea, a bar/restaurant o. the beach, we were also close to the waterpark, but into the mountainside in the desert, and our atv vehicle meeting spot was also closeby. no bathtub in the room, but the shower was awesome! nice views from the patio. full fridge, gas stove, microwave, couch, basic cable, two a/c's with remote, pool in the courtyard...should be on the side for privacy, but oh well. covered gazebo for nightime eating/drinking n socializing. and gas grill onsite. hotel shuttle avail! there is a supermarket within walkin distance because the hotel is in the neighborhood Tanki Leendert, numerical address...121-k. type in tanki leendert 121-k. i used waze and got around fine. "

"Couldn't ask for much more from an all-inclusive. The buffet was expansive and varied, the rooms were decent and cleaned very well, and the beach was A++ across the board. Would definitely return and recommend."

"My experience was not so good. I reserved two rooms, for two persons each, and in the especials requirements I asked for 2 single beds in each room. I reinforced this requirement when the Welcome Team of the hotel send me a message some weeks before of my arrival. But no one told me that this requirement is not possible for the hotel. When I arrived, and I reminded the requirements to concierge, I realised that the rooms didn't were prepared. The solution was to assign two rooms for 4 persons, but only the room for kids that has two beds, but small, without window, poor lightning, and without a safety box. The staff didn't do so much to solve this problem in another way. The deception was so big, because we planned this trip some years ago to go all the family. I will not recommend Radisson."
