This Hotel has an ideal location with an average intercontinental breakfast and excellent service. Rooms are smaller than average - and, by consequence, the queen size bed - and, the ones who have a balcony, are not smoke-free

We stayed 3 nights in Jardines de Sabotini. It is ideally located across from the royal palace with beautiful views. The staff are really helpful. It was really clean and the beds were really comfortable. You could hear the people in the next room but we spent a lot of time sightseeing so this wasn't an issue. Overall I would definitely stay here again or recommend to a friend!

Great hotel for the price and location. Little bit hard to find as entrance to hotel quite narrow. Staff very nice and helpful and had a great family room with balcony

Great hotel good location

Everything is great, room is spacious, clean, good aircond. Friendly and really helpful staffs. Atmosphere is great and good location. No complaints.

The stay in hotel was fantastic. Nice and friendly staff, all from the reception disk to the cleaning ladies. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and had a big variety. The location of the hotel was perfect, everything was in walking distance and you could explore the best parts of Madrid by foot. A big thank you to all staff at the hotell, especielly to those in the reception who gave us the advice to go to the local restaurant Lateral. Enjoyable everything!...
