Only by calling the number provided by Expedia did we reach someone who remotely opened the door and gave us instructions to our room. These instructions had not been communicated to us in advance."

The location was perfect to explore Rome by walking, and the AC and amenities (kitchen, coffee machine, biscuits and croissants) were a great bonus.
