The location to the golf course is convenient if you are golfing. The hosts were kind and accommodating. Unfortunately, we were on the bottom floor and the guest’s coming in later at night and the guest in the room above us were noisy.

Large room with many sitting options and a view of the golf course. Friendly staff and tasty breakfast options. Adjacent to another golf course with an excellent restaurant that offered all day dining.

Somewhat out of the way for our agenda on driving, so did not spend much time here. Did not use any services nor spend time in area close by. Friendly, clean and served our purposes.

Highly recommend
A wonderful friendly welcome was the start of a fabulous stay. The room was large, bright and clean, as was the bathroom. The bed was so comfortable and cosy. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and was generous to say the least. J and D were perfect hosts and would recommend their B & B to everyone. It's so close to everything with the golf course just across the road.

An exceptional B&B with high standards
The quality of decor, fittings and furnishings are excellent. The staff were extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. Very comfortable room with everything one could possibly need. Personally I'm not terribly keen on pre ordered breakfast but in no way did it detract from our stay. One very minor niggle was the emergency fire plan in our room was out of date as the rooms are now not as on the plan but I feel sure it is purely an oversight by a normally very efficient team.

The property is super clean and located a short walk or drive from Ballybunion. Internet use is quirky so you need to work off your own hot spot. Breakfast was early as needed for golfers and plentiful. It was expensive, but I booked the week before. I would definitely recommend. You are about a mile from center town.
