The reception staff are welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area restaurants etc. The bar and waiting staff are superb and extremely friendly. "I loved it, the hallways, the decorations, the room was nice. I do have to say that the staff at the restaurant need to be more detailed oriented and service. However the quality of the drinks and the food was good. The only thing is that I tried to look where on the site I read that if staying at the Hotel the museum entry was free, I had that impression when I made the booking, when I ask the mention is not included. Still to pay for the ticket was worth it. On the Gift shop I wish they could sell the CD with the theme The Pursuit of Dreams! what an amazing theme you can feel the excitement and sadness.
