"Very hot on 4th floor. Window only opened a crack so no use. Fan provided but no way for room to lose the heat. Staff lovely and nice breakfast. Parking busy but we got a space just opposite. Pointlessly kept sending emails telling us there were messages on Expedia but we did not set up an Expedia account. Why not just include the message in the email!"
