"Very nice, clean Hotel. Staff are very professional and accommodating. Breakfast is excellent! Lots of property with green grass and a lake view behind the large expansive property. A bit of a walk to the Quay 10 minutes and to town center 15 minutes. Would stay again. Spa and pool look good if you have time! 🍀🍀🍀"

"Pretty location but a bit far from town. 10 Euro each way to Uber. Walk to town thru Westport House was nice but wouldn't do it at night. Wish they had a gym and self service laundry. Parking overnight across the street was much easier than behind the hotel. Breakfast room was beautiful and staff attentive. "

"Great place to stay"

"We arrived on Tuesday this week and checked out today at Noon. The arrival was first class. Staff were friendly and attentive. The room 540 was excellent being in a quieter area on the second floor with a courtyard view. Room amenities were excellent. The restaurant was very good with great staff attention to detail. The only fault I had was that my fillet steak was well done when I asked for medium. The staff were very apologetic. The bottle of red wine was served and not what was ordered. Again not the waitress fault. We drank it anyway. There was no deduction from the bill for either mistake. The siting of the hotel was very central to the town with parking on site. There was a spa and leisure club which we did not use as my wife had a cold. Well done. We will return."

"What a marvelous place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The town is wonderful. The property is immensely comfortable and has everything one could need for a perfectly relaxing holiday. And it’s just a short walk to wonderful shops, excellent pubs, with plenty to do nearby. With a car (though not necessary), there’s even more to explore, making it a perfect base for any stay. The host is wonderful and very accommodating. We are already planning a return next year."
