"The Old Mill Hostel is housed in a historic building dating back to around 1780, it brings a lot of charm to the place while everything has been well renovated. The staff is very welcoming. Thomas paid attention to details and made sure every guest feels at home. Bedrooms and linen are comfy which makes guests sleeping well and being nice. "We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay with this wonderful hospitality team. Yes, the lodge is in the middle of nowhere but that’s the point. Plenty to do in the countryside or within 15 minutes drive, and wonderful food awaits you upon returning. Not sure we’ll ever make it back, but encourage you to spend at least one if your Connemara nights by the cozy fires at the Lach Inach Lodge. "
