"Room wasnt ideal as we had an issue with the heating. A change of room would have been good as we all felt so cold in our room. The staff were brilliant, helpful and friendly in both the restaurant, housekeeping and concierge. Location perfect. "

"The shower pressure was low and the temperature fluctuated, which wasn’t very comfortable. The towels looked clean but didn’t smell particularly fresh. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work properly. I felt cold even with it set to 25°C. There was no robe provided, and the fridge only contained water (no minibar or snacks). On the plus side, the bar was good and breakfast was very nice."

"Really convenient area. Short walk from temple bar and George St. Arcade but super quiet on the actual hotel street. The room was very comfy. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Wish the spa was open longer so I could have enjoyed it."
