"Amazing little spot with perfect sized rooms. We were two couples travelling together and the rooms suited our needs perfectly. The staff was very accommodating and check in/out was a breeze. Cannot recommend this property enough. My only regret is we didn’t stay longer! "

"The property was very comfortable and the staff were sweet but it wasn’t really like a five star hotel. At the restaurant plates were whisked away before you barely finished eating and in the spa the tile heated chairs didn’t work and when I told the spa person she said “I’ll check!” and she never returned. I went to find her and she’d gone for the day. Lots of little things like that you’d never find at another 5 star hotel."

"Right in the Latin Quarter. Very noisy at night and in the morning we listened to the conversation of the couple right next to our room. Note there is no elevator and we were up 3 staircases. Reception did offer to help us with our suitcases. No parking on site but was close by. Parking lot was super tight to get in and park but you get a discount so only 12 euros for 24 hours. Hard to pull suitcases across cobblestone. Tiny room but clean and well organized."

"Excellent breakfast menu! I also enjoyed visiting the gym facilities. The room was small but had what we needed. The bathroom does not have a fan and only a 1/2 shower wall causing the entire bath floor to get wet."

"This was a last minute booking so not much available in Galway. Hotel was average at best for the cost. Room decor needs an upgrade. Please note, rooms aren’t air conditioned and ours was really warm considering Galway temps didn’t get above 15 C. "

"The decor was modern and quirky . The staff were helpful and friendly The roof top restaurant was nice inside but not much to view. However the food was brilliant and the staff were really good Rooms functional and clean. Good powerful shower with plenty of hot water. The hotel was 5-10 minutes easy walk to centre"
