"The room was really dusty. Found it really hard to find reception when entering from the back/side. There’s no signs inside as to where to go. Same with breakfast in the morning. There is no signs for restaurant. Even when you get there! The curtains were so poor, the room was incredibly bright until 10pm and then again at 5am. There are automatic lights along the corridor outside the rooms; so everytime someone walked past, it turned on and the light from under the door lit up the whole room. Would not stay again."

"The location is stunning . The room was ok apart from the bathroom smelled. Some of the improvements were ok . When you order a £35 pound ribeye a steak knife should be placed on the table Would have liked some ketchup, nobody to ask same for breakfast.disappointed that they don’t except cash . Drinks are overpriced & if your serving Guinness put it in a Guinness glass & fill it to the top not a 3” head. Would I stay again YES definitely. It’s nice staying somewhere where you’re not worrying if your vans safe."

"Our room was clean and tidy, plenty of room. Food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was great, lots of choice! It was a shame that the staff at dinner didn’t read the notes on our reservation - We were celebrating a birthday (like quite a few other guests) and we were the only table where that wasn’t acknowledged which was disappointing. There is a fantastic trackside view from the restaurant, brilliant for watching the track days, with lots of outside space. Our room didn’t have a remote for the TV and unfortunately despite asking several times we were not given a replacement. Also PLEASE replace your hypoallergenic duvets, whatever it was that we were given felt like cardboard inside a bed cover- very strange! The complimentary racing simulators were a great touch, and was great to have large screens in the bar area showing sports."
