"It was clean and comfortable and cheap for the price and I had no issues for central London. It's not the easiest doorway to find but it's near Liverpool street. Locks on tbe door are annoying in my view "

"Though it was quite a small room, it was fine for what I needed. Close to plenty of do walking out the door! However, the glass table surfaces were dirty with dried liquid, bathroom fixtures were rusted/caked with hard water build up and the non-room area was pretty rough smelling of smoke from someone smoking cigarettes right in the front door next to the "No Smoking" sign "

"Little gem of a place and close enough to get to centre of London,staff were all polite and it was spotlessly clean,will definitely be using it again "

"Food was excellent , reasonably priced and delectable. I have Celiac disease and asked the staff about dinner options. The Hosts immediately understood my concerns, and made suggestions that would keep me safe. They also understand the cross contamination issues. They didn't have a gluten-free menu per se, but were able to offer 4 entres that were suitable. I had the Sweet Potato and Coconut Curry dish. Very satisfying. "

"Two things: NO lift, you will have to climb stairs & you had to walk to another building around the corner to get breakfast. The supposed “courtyard view” was sad. With all that, I was perfectly content my room, breakfast and location (I have definitely seen worse)!"

"This location was excellent for the Picadilly Line (transit) about 1 block away west, other lines 2-3 blocks away. Tesco Market and lots within easy walking distance. Park & walking trail(s) right outside the door. Easy walk to shops and especially breakfast cafes & restaurants. I will stay here again, *Loved it."

"Joe the Manager provided great service to us. Rugs could have used a shampooing. Kitchen walls could have used repainting as there were splatter stains from prior use. Communal kitchen for free breakfast was on your own to cook or make. Bread for toast; butter; jam; milk; cereal; apple juice; orange juice; bacon and eggs. Kitchen dishes and cookware provided. Communal sitting area for eating or resting to watch TV; listen to music or read. Change of towels on request and no maid...

"Stayed here for five nights and loved it! Our room was spacious, clean, had a microwave, washer/dryer and basically everything you might need for your stay. The only thing I did not like about the property was the bathroom… I wish they had shower curtains instead of just a glass partition that doesn’t really prevent the water from getting out of the bath tub when you shower. Also, a step stool to get in the tub would be nice since the tub is quite high."

"Excellent location for the Marathon. 10 minute walk to shopping, dining, tube etc. it was super quiet and staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again! "
