"this hotel is amazing! it’s so nice. the staff are extremely helpful and took our bags up and helped us book a dinner reservation. our room even had a sauna! the room was extremely clean as well. very centrally located, which made it easy to do the big florence sightseeing. also close to some good shopping and restaurants! would recommend staying here!"

One note: like most downtown or center city hotels, you will hear noise from outside (people being loud late at night) but it’s all good and we had a nice stay. Room was clean and had plenty of space. Thanks for having us :) "
