"Have their own parking lot, which is extremely rare and very helpful if you have a rental car. Very nice and helpful staff. I forgot my electric converter and they cheerfully provided one I could use. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. A great place stay, feel from the Castle, in Windsor. "

"Staff were friendly throughout. Hotel was clean, well decorated and comfortable. The spa was fabulous and a welcome addition after a day of walking in Winchester. This is likely more of a personal request but since they have communal changing areas, bigger towels for those guests that just can't quite fit normal towels would be an appreciated addition - it's the little things! "Friendly staff - nice food - comfortable bed. Shower was dirty with p**** hair and top of soap container. Draw which clearly states “hair dryer” was empty. Generally place rather tired looking and could use a freshen up. "
