Smaller than expected but a great place, location and help. Laundry was a big plus.

I arrived at The Adria late at night as the result of a major air travel disruption, not having done my usual careful review of hotel choices on Expedia, but what a wonderful experience it turned out to be! The Night Manager on duty when I arrived was exceptionally helpful and kind in helping me settle in, and the next morning the General Manager and all of his staff were again exceptionally helpful and attentive to my needs as I worked to re-book my flight for the following day. The hotel itself is beautiful! An 1870s-era London Townhouse, located in the lovely borough of South Kensington, within walking distance of both the Goucester Road and South Kensington metro stations, as well as several of the major museums in London: Victoria & Albert Museum, Natural History Museum and the Science Museum to name just a few. There are many options in the neighbourhood for shopping and dining, but be sure not to miss breakfast at The Adria Hotel, the eggs benedict were superb!!! And thanks again to the wonderful staff at The Adria, they truly made my somewhat challenging, forced stay in London a very pleasant and memorable experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. My room was comfortable and well apportioned and I look forward to staying here again for longer. The hotel has a great location as well.

The room was located in an ideal location, clean and safe but the back of the hotel opens to the train so if you do want to open a window, the window will be bombarded by train traffic and sound and not the best air.

Absolutely disgraceful. From the 11 messages demanding we send online copies of Passports. The room was terrible. The pictures are in no way a true representation. Misleading in every way. Basement view with a view to a wall. “Superior”. Staff disinterested - only came alive to rudely demand our key whenever we left. The continuous - every 3 minutes - tube until approx 2am. No your website doesn't say how bad it is. There was a very small footnote about the age of the building - which took ages to find and nothing on Expedia. No light. A dark dismal room unfit for human habitation. Very dangerous to get down the stairs. Should be ashamed. Uninterested staff when checking in. Why did you not let people know of the building work. I have dust allergies. Should be closed down. Avoid at all costs. At 56 years of age, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The photo was taken at 7.30 before we left. The good ? Err - location.
