Excellent location, rooms are clean and cozy. O only slight downside is that there’s no elevator to take suitcases up but staff will help with that

I liked that the hotel was a short walk to Pimlico station and very central to where I needed to go.

We loved staying at Cleveland Residences. We were treated very well by the hosts, and the location is excellent. When we arrived we were jet lagged, and they looked after our luggage for us until our room was ready. When we arrived back later they had already put our luggage in our room for us. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there the next time we are in London.

Highly recommend this hotel. Conveniently located near the Tower Hill tune station for easy access to transportation and a 2 minute walk from the Tower of London. Very clean, restaurant was great, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

Breakfast was good but it is an extra fee. Pool is nice but no hot tub/jacuzzi. You have to reserve pool time which can be nice so its not crowded but need to know in advance. Had a room with a patio and gorgeous view of the river. In walking distance of Big Ben and Londons eye. Staff was iffy because they gave my room away and then had to pay extra for a different room but the doormen were friendly.
