"Great location - close to center"

"Beautiful hotel. Lovely breakfast. Restaurant staff were fabulous. Reception staff seemed a little bit hassled & were generally a tad abrupt with guests on check out. Concierge very helpful. £40 parking is quite steep bearing in mind it isn’t particularly secure. The spa is lovely, but hotel guests are limited on when they can use it without paying £70 a head extra - this wasn’t clear prior to arrival. Times are 7-9pm & 8-10am. We had a dinner reservation in town at 7.30pm & needed to leave early for commitments at home. This meant we had a very limited time to enjoy one of the draws of the hotel. Gym is open 24 hours and is well equipped. Treadmills - one was out of order & the second of three was running slowly when we tried to use it. Overall a great stay, but I would expect that for the price paid and the rating of the hotel. The niggles wouldn’t put me off staying again, but they might make me look elsewhere first. "

"Room was beautiful, massive bed and was very comfortable. Staff were all extremely helpful and attentive. Perfect location for anyone looking to stay in the centre of Bath. Car park not very big but luckily we managed to get a parking spot. On the morning of our check out they allowed us to leave our car parked until 2pm which allowed us to browse the shops and have a coffee. Would 100% definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Room 12, ground floor front on a very, very quiet street was spacious with a comfortable queen bed. The shower was tiny but did its job. The continental breakfast was superb--lots of choices, all of excellent quality. Very pleasant staff."

"Centrally located in a Georgian atmosphere, No. 15 becomes a Number One accommodation. The restaurant downstairs is too handy and the staff is ready to recommend their favorite stops. Bath Is readily accessible from the front door at No. 15."
