"We were allowed into the room very early which was of great use for us. The room had a handicap accessible bathroom which was excellent for me. Normally I don't request accessible bathrooms but this was available and it was very helpful. Slightly handicapped US individuals can find local facilities a problem but this helped greatly and was much appreciated. "

The shuttle runs 24/7, and every 33 minutes throughout the day. Staff at the reception desk were welcoming and very helpful. "
