When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. "Good location, very helpful reception staff. Comfortable bed and very clean. Only negative was the terrible tv signal (room 4a), which needs to be connected to the main aerial or upgrade to wifi. A plug in aerial just doesn't work. A privacy blind would also be helpful as only curtains, not great ..."
