"The room clean. All we needed for one night stay before the next flight. Be aware, taking the shuttle to the hotel is not easy. Nowhere on the site we had instructions how to get to the shuttle station, missing at least two shutters each 30 minutes apart and ending waiting for an hour for the next shuttle. It would be nice to provide the shuttle schedule along with the explanation how to get there (as you need to take a train) and give suggestions to take 4 min uber ride instead. "

"The staff are wonderful. The general manager and the staff are excellent. Clean large rooms with little to no noise. Leo greeted us every morning and each and every time. He is a kind person who has amazing staff. The breakfast was great with just enough to select from. My wife and I are looking forward to our next stay there. "

"The hotel was easy to locate and was close to our destination. The parking was a bit hectic because of the snow but we made it work and parked in the back which was closer to the elevator so it worked out better. The staff was on point and answered the questions I had. I’d definitely book again if I have to stay in Newark."
