"We stayed at this flat during a visit to see our daughter who was studying abroad in London. The location is perfect - very close to Paddington Station, which made navigating the city super easy. It's close to many restaurants, shopping, parks, quaint neighborhoods. The beds were super comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped, and the overall vibe is clean and creative. "The flat was functional and good enough for our stay but definitely needs some attention. There was everything we needed in terms of kitchenware, bedding and towels etc but it definitely could have been cleaner. There are patches of damp particularly in the bathrooms and the en-suite shower was boiling hot. The upstairs room, where there are 2 sofa beds, was damp smelling and sparse. The location is perfect, not picturesque but right off the Main Street, 5 minutes walk from the castle and river."

"Stayed here for five nights. It’s the perfect size for 2 people. Nice sitting area with TV, comfortable bed and plenty of closet and storage space in the bedroom, and the kitchen was updated if you want to cook. Hampstead area is terrific. Underground literally outside your door, plenty of restaurants and pubs within walking distance, and a huge park nearby. "Property was clean, well equipped and felt safe.Perfect accommodation for 3 adult sisters. Very convenient for bus stops and Underground. It was warm and cosy. A few things could be updated but overall it suited us perfectly. Even the sofa bed was very comfortable. Would book again . Thank you!"

"We enjoyed our stay but had one issue with this property... there was no mention in the listing of the 37 very steep stairs you have to climb with your suitcases which could be very difficult for older guests. We are 71 and 73 but very fit and active so this was not too much of an issue for us. Otherwise our stay was enjoyable."

"Annie was very helpful throughout our stay. Apartment was clean and very comfortable. Tube station is only 2 bus stops away or 5 minute walk. Bus stop to Tube station is right outside the apartment. Oyster card can be used for both Tube and London bus. Highly recommend."

"The listing should reflect two requirements of staying in the flat: (1) The staff managing the property said that after giving 24 hour notice, they have the right to enter the apartment for inspections whether there is anyone in the apartment or not. They will use the spare key to enter the apartment after giving notice of appointment. (2) There is frequent inspections expected (including pest control, silicone, etc,) These type of requirements ought to be clearly reflected in the listing,"
