"The property was directly across street from main train station which takes you into London. Family room too small for family of four. No space to walk around bed. Expected 2 twin beds and a double bed but got one twin bed and a cot which was between the twin and double bed and you had to crawl across bottom of bed to stand on whatever space that was not occupied by suitcases. This should be a triple room rather than a quadruple family room "
"Unable to check in and spent hours infront of property. Sent ID's to complete check in procedure only to be told no rooms available. Also address is not correct and you will be taken to an office and not an apartment. BE CAREFUL "
"My Mother had a wonderful stay at the Half Moon Hotel. I accidentally booked this hotel a year ago - long story but needless to stay it ended up all working out well. Staff were amazing, friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Really enjoyed the stay and service. "Really lovely accommodation. Very easy to find and signposted all the way from Canary Wharf tube station. The check in was seamless and the staff were very friendly. The lobby was very clean and smart and smelt gorgeous! The room itself was perfect for our overnight stay - very clean, comfy bed and a great kitchenette, which we didn’t need to use on this occasion. The shower was powerful, the toiletries smelt gorgeous and the towels were very soft. There are also plug sockets by the bed. Would definitely recommend and stay again. "

"Used this property because it was the pick up spot for our Expat Explore tour. Food a little expensive but happy there is a pub right across the lot as well as a couple others within walking distance as well as a couple grocery stores I. Less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The train station is right next door. So convenient for getting to London proper. "
