"What a great hotel and experience. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and answered any question we had. The room was clean, comfortable and we had a great view from our balcony. The restaurants on the property were all fantastic, the breakfast was also extremely delicious and had so many different things to eat and drink. The hotel is located in a prime area for exploring the city and surrounding areas. Me and my fiance will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and we will 100% be back the next time we visit Lisbon. Thank you so much for the amazing experience! "

"Staff were really nice and welcoming and could not do enough for you. The rooms were spotless. The light show every night was brilliant and something I’ve not seen before in a hotel. Breakfast was great with so many options. In two occasions we had free gifts sent to the room including a Portuguese tart and little biscuits. If you chose not to have your room cleaned for one day they provide a €5 voucher to use at the bar. It’s in a great location which isn’t too far from the centre. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Great hotel. 7 euro cab to all the action. Great breakfast with many options ( even had American Coffee !). Staff could not have been more helpful. Housekeeping daily with clean sheets etc. Very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Would use again. Love Lisbon !"
