"i hated the staff , the front desk agent MARLENE , was very nasty to me when checking me in and although the front desk super said he’d talk to her he watched her disrespect me and i asked for clean towels and waited over an hour for that my room phone did NOT work and they didn’t even have blankets for the sofa bed they gave us 3 sheets I HATED THIS STAY IVE NEVER HAD AND EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS WITH Marriot !"

"I went for breakfast and it was 20 minutes before I could get coffee I got coffee ordered food and another half an hour before I got it I ask for syrup never got it so I told the waiter I didn’t want it because everything got cold so I sent it back, and the phone was not working in my room for the amount I paid for 2 nights it should have been better Thank you Vanessa Rice"

"It was filthy. we paid extra for early check inn just to clean our own room. there was trash all over the halls, dirty linen and trash piled by the door to get in the building. There was water leaking from the light in the bathroom in the shower. We heard drips all night. The manager was rude. Rooms were scarce because of the event in the area. Said she would refund money to card in 3 days. Everything about this hotel was misrepresented. They don't even vacuum. They had an old broom for us to sweep the room."
