"An exceptional stay, and worth every cent. The staff was great, and the bar and breakfast are a must, both delicious. The one issue: urine stains on the mattress pad, which staff resolved after two tries. I'd encourage anyone to include this place in their stay."

"Second stay in 3 months, ideally located 200-300m from Queenstown waterfront attractions, overlooking the lake. Staff are awesome, rooftop bar is a great hub for a quiet drink or two. Rooms are immaculate and being updated. Highly recommend"

"Great to have laundry in apartment. Shower floor tiles were a little slippery when wet. Room 124 had view of airport and snow capped mountains. Bus stop is right across the street, straight into Queenstown. No need to use car at all during stay. Only issue is limited parking spaces for guests and it is first in gets one or it's eleven dollars per day."

"Great location - easy walk to town and the gardens, on the ski shuttle route, but out of the hustle and bustle of the CBD. Room was clean and had everything necessary. Staff was friendly and helpful. All in all an excellent place to stay. Highly recommend."
