"We had seven adults all over age sixty that found the residence to be a wonderful place. It was a nice layout that made it easy to have large group conversations, the bedrooms were comfortable, and everybody said they slept well, and in the bathrooms good water pressure when showering. The place was very clean and the host was responsive and helpful when we did have a question.Being in Boone we were concerned about getting Uber's into Ames and on Friday night that was no problem; however, on Saturday (game day) it was difficult to get an Uber, so we used a Boone taxi service and they came right out very quickly. Also, the taxi service was about the same price as using an Uber XL.We would definitely VRBO at this property again."

"Plenty of parking on a well lighted lot. Room was good. Pool was closed for maintenance. No complimentary breakfast but did have coffee and juice. Staff was excellent. Room and hallways were clean. I would definately stay there again."

"The house is located in a quiet residential area, close to shopping and restaurants. We found the house to be small, but clean and cozy, decorated in a fun retro theme. We didn't utilize the kitchen for cooking, but we appreciated the well-stocked coffee bar and the basket of snacks (which we gobbled up); along with a sweet note from the hosts. It looked like they had quite a few convenient kids items like a crib, stroller, high chair, but we didn't utilze these. The back outdoor space is small but a nice place to relax and enjoy the sun. Beds were comfy, fluffy pillows - I loved that they provided great quality sound machines in both bedrooms. I highly recommend this place for couples and families. We will definitely come back! "
