"We go to London pretty often and wouldn’t start anywhere else. Everything is top class, professional, confident and safe. Couldn’t fault. Executive lounge is always a winner and savage garden on roof top is icing on the cake for great London views and a touch of class"

"Great location - very handy to the Tower Hill tube station and walking along the Thames. Great sized room with excellent storage and lovely bathroom. I would definitely request a room facing the Tower of London because the other side of the hotel view isn't great. Unfortunately room wasn't as photographed. Lacked soft furnishings, a rug (was hard flooring), cushions, sofa etc - basically nothing as pictured. When I mentioned this to the manager he said it was the Expedia photos but I then checked the hotel's website, and the same photos were loaded as Expedia. Bed was extremely hard - very uncomfortable and colleagues of ours staying mentioned the same. "Like sleeping on plywood" their words not mine. Hotel said they would put a mattress topper on the bed, but was in the end just a duvet underneath. Very easy things to fix Tower Suites!! Otherwise it would have been great. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good."
