"There was dust and hair everywhere in the bathroom and the mirror had water stains. Like, no effort to clean anything. Also, the toilet smelled like piss as if I literally checked in as soon as someone checked out. But the staff at front desk were cool. "

" The hotel was nice, clean, and in a great location close to everything, which was very convenient. The front desk staff were also accommodating and helpful during our stay. However, overall, the experience felt more restrictive than relaxing. Accessing the hotel and our room was inconvenient, with multiple checkpoints just to get inside. Each night, we had to show both ID and our room key repeatedly, which became frustrating. At times, it felt more like a luxury prison than a place to unwind. Additionally, I was asked to put my shoes back on within minutes of stepping into the play area and garden patio with artificial grass, which took away from the comfort of the space. While there were definitely positives, the inconvenience of navigating through multiple gates and constant security checks made the stay less enjoyable. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again because of that. "

"The only thing that I don't like of the resort is the cigarette smell that keeps coming into my room. Beds are very nice. I really like the bathroom and shower. The filtered water is just amazing"

"Room was clean. Staff was nice, nothing above and beyond. One thing if your going to park your car make sure to tell them at check in. They didn’t ask or offer how the process was and I ended up having to pay even though it was free parking for guests. "

"We stayed at Golden nugget for 8 days and the room was small and dated but that i can live with that but so many liutle things. Like maid service only came around when we asked or begged for clean towels, the bathroom was extremely small, had paint pèeling and a commode that was like sitting on the floor. The bathtub handles were placed on the wrong end of the tub making them difficult to get to. The bed was comfy and the air worked ok. Front desk was friendly and valet parking was great. The hotel is dated and that is understandable but a few changes could certainly make things better. Wifi was good, the location was great to enjoy freemont street. We were in the gold tower and heard the Carson tower may have been better...live and learn. We ate a great meal at Anthony and vics the food was amazing and our waiter was incredible...unfortunately i do not remember his name. Prices are elevated but they let us share so it was perfect. "
