"Front counter staff seemed unhappy straight faced and not very helpful. My wife was standing in the check in line waiting for her turn, then the girl at the front counter looked over at my wife and just said,do you need help with something with a straight face. My wife and I are not expecting the red carpet treatment but a little bit customer service would be nice. Its not like my wife walked in asking for an application we are guest. I wonder why the property staff seem bitter vegas is the coolest place to be and people come from all over the world to visit. Not sure if I'll ever stay at this property again. With the smell of urine in my room and not offered a different room and property staff seemed angry, including the cashier after we tried to exchange quarters for dollars we were denied. That horse racing game is pretty cool. Anyway back to the drawing board I'll save my money and try another property when visiting Las Vegas."

"Hoover dam was near by as well Fremont Street experience which is old Las Vegas. The strip is not that far either. We loved the old Victorian style hotel/casino. "

"There was a bad smell throughout the property. The only decent looking area was the lounge/check-in area, but that's where the smell came from the most. Very loud, non stop music until early morning. It was hard to get any sleep. It seemed like an upgraded motel but it was runed own like any other motel you see. "
