Do not book this property!

Our booking with this property was cancelled in the afternoon of our weekend in Birmingham. We had already parked our car outside it. We, and VRBO had been trying to get hold of the owner all morning to no avail, then we had an email saying the booking was cancelled due to a conflict with house rules. We wasted four hours of our weekend away trying to sort out this booking and then booking a new hotel. I won’t be booking with VRBO again.
