"There is a large area with several pools, all but one are in the 21+ area. The other pool is 3ft deep. Great for kids with lifeguards on duty. "

"Being at the center of The Strip is what makes the property standout. I was greeted with the news that I had been upgraded to a Premium Suite I was on the pool side of the property. Great view of the tranformation of the Mirage to the Hard Rock. Plenty of on site dining. I really enjoyed the Coffee Shop and the Golden Circle Sports Book. I thoroughly enjoyed the many slot machines. Found the staff to be friendly, yet professional. Having a CVS Pharmacy on site was a plus. "

"I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I called on Thursday morning specifically to confirm that the pools were open before making my reservation. However, when I arrived on Saturday with my children, I was informed that the pools were closed due to maintenance repairs. Had I been given accurate information, I would have booked another place. The main reason for choosing this location was for my kids to enjoy the pool, and it was very disappointing for them to arrive and find it closed. This situation reflects a serious lack of communication and knowledge from the staff who provided incorrect information. I expected reliable information when I called ahead, and unfortunately that was not the case."

"Air Conditioning didn’t work the first night. Uncomfortable night. However the Venetian did their best to try and compensate us and gave us a different room. It was an inconvenience however we made the best of it."
