"Had a wonderful stay very clean and a great environment."
"We travelled Sheffield to cornwall and used the hotel as a 1 night stay to break up the journey with two children aged 6+9. It was conveniently located just off the motorway so really easy to access. Free parking included. We booked a family suite and it was brilliant - activity packs, toiletries, cookies, vip robes and slippers for the kids ... Great family friendly touches! The suite itself was huge too, perfect for a family of 4. The pool has "family friendly" times and is great for the kids. We enjoyed breakfast too, loads of choice and cooked to a high quality. Would highly recommend. "
"Lovely beautiful rooms with city view enjoyed our stay only issue is paid car parking outside the building but not far away… we had a blue badge so they accommodated us inside building next to the main entrance very polite and helpful staff best experience defo coming again "

The staff were friendly and professional, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and breakfast was a real highlight. "Weekend staff were amazing. On Monday the chef was extremely rude and condescending when was told that the coffee machine had run out of coffee and when was requested for a fried egg. She literally snapped at my son when he asked for a fried egg. Not impressed at all! Otherwise this hotel deserves a 5 star rating all over "
