"The Clayton Hotel was an excellent choice for my stay the night before my flight out of Dublin. The free shuttle was quick and efficient, check-in was seamless, and the room was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft and of high quality. But the best part was the bath towels which were huge, fluffy, and extremely soft--pure luxury. An excellent value for the price. "

"Clontarf Castle is a wonderful hotel with amazing decor and art. The room was a bit on the smaller side, but otherwise was excellent, very clean, with a good sized bathroom. The bar is lovely with great service. The hotel strives for luxury, and succeeds in many ways, but was seriously let down by the breakfast service. The manager was very good, but the rest of the staff seemed, at best, disinterested. Food was delivered and the servers said almost nothing, did not look at us, and nobody came...

Breakfast was always fully stocked, hot, and delicious, even in the busiest of times. The rooms are small but have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
