"Bellas Artes is in a prime location in the Historic District in Downtown Mexico, City. Great area to walk and see all the historic beautiful architecture buildings not to name all the great restaurants near by. The main square the Zocalo is just a few blocks away. I have stayed here several times at this hotel and it is always peaceful & quiet. The rooms are beautiful and extremely clean. The staff is friendly and professional."

"Everything was wonderful! The hotel was a good center location. When the Cruz Azul won, we had a front row seat to celebrations that took place on Av. Insurgentes. Julio and Alberto were very helpful with a medical emergency. A person in our group requested an ambulance and they went above and beyond to help her and us. We are very appreciative of the entire group that was there during our 6 day stay."

"This hotel was the definition of hospitality. From the greeter at the door to the nice staff at check-in this boutique hotel really made an impact. They had savory crisps to snack on at the counter, and water, treats, and wine waiting in my room. Everything was super clean and modern. The seventh floor rooftop deck was a wonderful place to hang out and had great food both for during the day and breakfast. Nellie helped me out with a bus ticket issue and was so kind. The location was a block from the Zocala and I had a very enjoyable walk around the neighborhood would definitely stay in."

"This was the best hotel I ever stayed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, bed, shower were all great. The location was excellent. The breakfast was buffet but you could get a cooked breakfast as well with an amazing view of the square. This includes a free walking tour through Mexico City’s Historical district . During the day and night, the cafe by the front desk offered free beer, tea, coffee along with snacks chips, soup and pizza. I had dinner at the restaurant very good but a bit pricey."
