"The reception staff was welcoming when we arrived . The main problem I had was the Aircon when in use was very noisy and when turned off kept making a water like noise the whole night until roughly 0730am. Also when the Aircon was off the room was very cold and the duvet was extremely thin ! "

Let down by quality of breakfast ingredients, dirty plates/glasses (needs someone to check dishwasher and polish glassware). Easy parking, convenient for Stratford. I would stay again at a discounted rate, but breakfast elsewhere. "
