"I stayed at the Best Western Brooklyn/Coney Island for business. Staff friendly and welcoming. It was a convenient location and had parking onsite. Rooms were clean, breakfast onsite was nice to have. Hotel is located in an industrial area so it looks run down. We used an Uber to get around. Bonus is location to Coney Island. Great option for some evening fun. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"The apartment was clean, comfy, and quiet. The kitchen is quite small (hard to fit two people at the same time) but had loads of specialized equipment and appliances (Keurig coffee maker, separate espresso maker, air fryer, waffle iron, blender, food processor, separate additional freezer in pantry, etc.). All of the rooms had ample storage space, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The window a/c units in the living room and each bedroom were extremely helpful for the warm and humid July weather. The hardwood floors are lovely, and the area rug in the living room was a nice feature. There were lots of bath towels and some extra bath supplies, but there wasn't any shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the shower (not a big deal but good to know in advance). Having the large-capacity washer and dryer in the unit was great! The only slightly negative aspect to this rental is that the neighborhood environment isn't the greatest. It's not very pretty and has lots of trash around the area, including cars in various states of repair, old furniture, etc. We didn't feel unsafe, but it wasn't the most pleasant area to go for a stroll, unfortunately. The location itself is very convenient, however, with nearby transit stops, a Target, a Starbucks, the Wonder Flatbush food hall, and Prospect Park within walking distance."

"Alex was there to greet me when I arrived. He helped me with luggage, gave me a tour, and even offered up his street parking space for street cleaning the next day. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of bed linens and pillows.The purpose of our trip was tourism in NYC. We had about a mile walk to the last stop on the 2 and 5 subways (Flatbush) subway, but there are busses that come nearer a couple of streets away, and readily available ubers. There is some really good food on Flatbush Ave, too. The only common area to gather was the kitchen, but that was fine with us as we did not spend a lot of time there."

"Overall pleasant enough for the price. Door didn't shut to the restroom completely but it was okay since we were family anyway. Proximity to Manhattan was 1 hr 15 min most times. I would stay here again. Thank you."

"The unit we initially reserved had an unexpected maintenance issue the day of our arrival. The host Toby immediate informed us and offered another unit a few blocks from the original. This was very close in amenities to the one we reserved. My family and I enjoyed the comfort of the beds, the large walk in shower, and close access to the subway. We would definitely recommend his properties and would stay again on our next trip."
