"The hotel rents their staple for events and the music was loud till 11pm- to the point that the floors in my room were vibrating (our room was right above the banquet space). The room was not cleaned even once during my 3 night stay. Feels that the quality is deteriorating with each stay."

"I don’t even know where to start. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for five days, and it was five days of misery. This hotel is also being used as a residence for homeless individuals and families waiting for housing. We were on the fifth floor, and directly across from our room was a family of six. The children were crying from 7:00 in the morning until 9:00 in the morning, and sometimes again in the evening. There was constant noise, with people opening doors, yelling, and screaming. One morning, I woke up at 2:00 a.m. to a couple fighting in the hallway. They were yelling and screaming nonstop. I tried calling the front desk for assistance, but no one responded or offered any help. Breakfast was also a disaster. When you go downstairs in the morning, there are about 30 people crowded around the food area, pushing to get food before everyone else. The staff was very rude when we expressed our concerns and asked what was going on. As paying guests, we couldn't even enjoy breakfast comfortably. This is not a hotel. It feels more like a shelter than a hotel."

"I decided book this room to stay since it was close by to my home. I wanted to relax in a hotel for the night with my husband. I seen reviews they’re were good and bad at the hotel. But I have to say the staff customer service lacks a lot. The first attendant that gave me the key only gave me one key. She didn’t even put the Wi-Fi password. She didn’t ask if I need an extra towels. I know I read online that they have breakfast. She didn’t even mention that they have breakfast and what time they have that. After i went one upstairs to drop off my items. I wanted to inspect the room. Everything was clean, but I was having trouble with the TV remote. It was not working. You have to press it several times for it to work. I had to go back downstairs where I spoke to another attendant to find out where I can get ice from since I was placed on the last floor, even though I booked a head. I also was able to obtain the Wi-Fi password from that attendant for the second shift. In the morning when it was time to check out as I’m getting ready 2 hours before. The shower water pressure was very low and it was cold as well. I called downstairs and spoke to the attendant and let him know that the water is cold in which room I’m in. He questioned me as if I was lying and I stated there’s no hot water. He then said that he will have a technician check on it. It took about 15 minutes for them to put on what they call hot water. This was not as a great experience that I wanted."

"This set of rooms plus kitchen and bath (no traditional "living room" but the kitchen had more than enough space for dining plus communal gathering) was exactly what i was looking for. The hosts were courteous and thoughtful (I was reminded via text to move my rental car before the scheduled street cleaning!) The neighborhood was vibrant, folks were friendly and I found nearby street parking whenever I needed it. The entire space was immaculately clean and looked freshly refurbished. Electronic items worked as expected (TV in each bedroom), the shower provided plenty of hot water and each room had it's own "blow-in" air cooling/heating unit so it was easy to adjust temps to individual preferences. The bedroom I slept in was quiet and calm even though on an upper floor and faced the street. The kitchen was well equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove, toaster oven, microwave and coffee maker. I am not sure if the tap water had been tested/outfitted for possible lead contamination (common in that particular area/borough) so we used bottled water for cooking and drinking. I'm sure the landlord would have told us, I just didn't think to ask. The kitchen also came well-supplied with plates, cutlery (prep knives as well as regular dinnerware service), pots with lids, pans, and baking sheets. Long story short, this was lovely place to stay and I would absolutely book it again when the next time I'm in Brooklyn!"
